I got the nicest email the other day on facebook. It was from another woman…now don’t get it twisted. I LOVE all the messages I get from you boys. But this one was really sweet. She says, basically….that she is a big girl too, she’s seen my website and such and is wondering what she can do to have the confidence that I have.
I want high confidence for all women, not just some. For me, it isn’t a big secret, it’s no secret at all actually. What I told her is that what builds confidence is different for everyone. I’m not sure what will do it for her.
For me, what makes me confident, is I take good care of myself. Ok, ok…I TRY to take good care of myself. I try to eat as well as I can, and five days a week, I work out. You may look at me, and say…she’s fat, no way she works out. True story, though. I love working out and it makes me feel good. So does trying to eat well. Not that I don’t love me some Ben & Jerrys ice cream, I’m not even gonna lie. But I put on my makeup, I wear clothes that fit me and make me feel comfortable and it all works to give the confidence that I do have.

So, me and J went to a swingers Party on Saturday night. The theme was Burlesque. J had agreed to take photos of the girls in their costumes. It was a great time. Some of the costumes were fantastic. L, my good friend, who runs the group, had a costume, omg. She was SO gorgeous in it. She had a corset and fishnet thigh highs, and these boots that were to die for. I coveted her boots, I still do, lol. But alas, they won’t fit me. And her friend, K had an awesome outfit as well. Some of these girls were over the top in their outfit choices. It was fabulous. I helped J do the photos, so I got to see like everyone, lol and chat them up.
The hotel that we stayed in was great. It’s a little outdated…there was a microwave in my room, that I swear to god was from a time before I was even born. I managed to get two photo sets done and a video as well. Awesome, I know. I can’t wait to go back, so we can do more. Possibly the best thing about it, is that the owners don’t really care what you do…and the hotel itself is situated back by itself. So, we could definately use it for some outside photos.
As for the party itself. It was over the top. People naked everywhere, fondling, groping, people making out on the dance floor, lol. And the after party?? I know all you horny boys are wondering about the sex type stuff….Well….I have to say J and I were so exhausted from the day and taking the photos at the party…We went back to our room and crashed. Sexy, huh??
Such is life though. We are definately gonna make some return trips though. The people are very down to earth and gorgeous!! I can’t wait to go back and actually be able to play!!!

Omg, it is so warm here.  I really enjoy cooler weather.  the heat just like drains my energy, lol.  I dont want to do anything.  But anyway.

I watched a good movie last night…The Brave One with Jodie Foster.  It was really good, I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.

I thought today I would talk about a couple of cool movies that I’ve seen lately.  As you probably know…I love movies.  Old movies, new movies, scary movies, movies that make you think.  Movies that are not what they seem.

The first one that I’ll talk about is Cloverfield.  Before I watched it, I really didnt know what it was about, and I heard mixed reviews.  Some people loved the way it was filmed, and some hated the way it was filmed.  I LOVED the way it was filmed.  I thought it was a fabulous way to make the viewer feel like he or she, lol, was right there in the action.  I dont want to give away alot about the movie.  But I like the way there is no real answer.  What happens, happens, and noone ever really finds out why?  Alot of movies finish off nice and clean, you know everything that happened, you know why, you know how they fixed it.  This one wasnt pretty, it wasnt neat, and I like that.

The other one that I really enjoyed was Untraceable.  It was good creepy fun.  I want to spill all the gory details, but I dont want to ruin it if you havent seen it.  I liked the concept, and i thought they did it pretty well.
